However we anticipate enormous growth in Global Verge in 2010 and all the groups within our own Global Verge Solutions group. 4. GIA FREE for life as part of purchasing SOHO offer has been extended to Jan 15 2010 * In 6 months GIA would be paid for, so this is an EXCEPTIONAL offer.

5. Global TalkSmart VoIP Australian price released. This service will be in Australia and South Africa VERY soon now. (Possibly within a week in AU)

If you haven’t heard ‘My Brag’ yet * I passed the Global Verge Global Mobile 1 test with 100% the FIRST go.
TIP: Print the Study Guide out so that you will have a hard copy to refer to while doing the test. Keep it to refer to when answering any questions that may arise in the future from your customers.
You can take the test as many times as you like until you achieve the required 100% pass rate. Most people do this after the 2nd or 3rd attempt.
So if I can do this * You can too * But that’s another story for another post still coming.

Global Verge ACCOMPLISHMENTS made since July 2009.
Global Verge Corporate Headquarters: Preparing for future expansion by consolidating Las Vegas and St. Louis offices to Lee’s Summit.
Global Verge more than doubled their corporate office space & hired additional staff, financial advisors and consultants. The fulfillment center was relocated from Florida to Lees Summit. A centralized phone system was installed and new phone numbers integrated for the support team. Management also held several open house meetings with open forum discussions between corporate, staff, leaders and members.
Improvements in Communication and Support:
1. Tuesday/Thursday recorded call structure. The calls are now posted in the back office of both Global Verge websites.
2. ‘From the Desk of the President’ weekly newsletter posted in the back office of the new Global Verge website.
Global Verge Support moved to a more expanded solution for immediate real time response.
Global Mobile 1 Support specifically set up for Global Mobile 1 related issues
Global Verge Back Office enhancements in the Xennsoft back office * To the ‘Tree’ and Product Sales Commissions were imported into the Global Verge Back Office
NEW Merchant Account Vendors and Commission Payment Platform that allows checks, wires & credit card. Commissions have been on time and accurate since our rapid growth rate in August.

Restaurants.com a monthly $25 gift certificate for restaurants local to US members
Fathom WorldWide has had several upgrades.

Global Mobile 1 products and services expanding to include Family Plans and Air Cards etc and refinement of the Global Mobile 1 ordering procedures.

Global Verge University will include training for back office navigation, compensation plan training and every aspect of the knowledge base to bring new Global Verge members up to speed as soon as they join your business.
Level II and Level III Certification Training for Global Mobile 1 will be implemented

Like Ted we are very excited about the Global Verge direction, with products that are the wave of the future in a REAL business that gives every member the ability to structure their personal business to suit their interests with a commission plan that beats any other. How can anyone not be excited about that?
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has continued to support our group while Global Verge faced many challenges in 2009 * Although there certainly have been some unexpected ‘pot holes’ in the road, the foundation has now been laid for all of us to reap the benefits in 2010.
