1. 5000 Plans have been ordered since the GlobalMobile1 Website has been operable ie in less than a week.

2. For SPECIFIC GlobalMobile1 inquiries you can now go to http://globalmobile1.com Firstly, look at the FAQs there. Then if your question has not been addressed, register and send a Support Ticket.

3. Members who took advantage of being able to take a ‘wait and see’ approach while the Telecommunications Systems was in pre-launch will have to activate their autoship and place an order (ie chose your monthly package) by the end of December in order to remain an active e-Associate.

 

NOTE: To offset any unforeseen tribulations and/or avoid any disappointment, you are well advised to actually do this well in advance of December 26 2009

 

4. Reminder of the relevant Policies and Procedures: ‘E-Associates are not eligible to re-apply for a Global Verge business for 12 months following the expiration of their E-Associate agreement.’

5. The only Corporate Office Support lines after November 30 2009 will be:

Excerpts from message from Ted Robbins sent to Global Verge members November 24 2009

We have had over 5000 orders since the GlobalMobile1 site has been up and running. There have been a few glitches but overall we are getting those bugs worked out thanks to the communication from our excellent field leaders. As we mentioned on the call last Thursday things will be changing daily as we ad features and continue to upgrade the websites. One of the features that we have added is the support link from your GlobalMobile1 replicated sites. This means that when you have a support issue regarding the mobile service you should submit a support ticket from that site so that it will go directly to the mobile support team for a response.

Now that we have our communications product launched I want to address the e-Associates who have not been active for the past few months because they took advantage of the option to step back and take a ‘wait and see’ approach while we worked on getting our mobile service up and running. Though we are still ramping up, we consider our product launched and (as evidenced by your orders), we know all of you are very excited about this.

That said, for those that have not been active, I wanted to give fair warning that they will have to activate their autoship and place an order by the end of December in order to remain an active e-Associate. This means that if current inactive e-Associates do not activate by that time they will lose their place in the matrix. I am using the term ‘they’ because most of you reading this notification ARE active, but you may have e-Associates in your downline that are not active. It is very important that you get this information to these individuals so that they have ample time to reassess the Global Verge opportunity and make an informed decision on their activation status. The opportunity that was presented to them several months ago is alive and well and we would love to have them as part of our dynamic team.

After the December 31st deadline we will revert to normal policies and procedures which can be found in Section 2.5.

We appreciate all of you who have hung in there with us and have believed in our quest to become the best income opportunity in network marketing. We continue to believe that Global Verge has the most phenomenal compensation plan and products available. We also feel that we have been very fair in offering the ‘wait and see’ option but the fact is that we are now moving forward with very exciting times ahead of us.

I want you to all know that this announcement is the official stance of Global Verge and December 31, 2009 is the final deadline which means that an order must be placed in December.

URGENT message to anyone who has made a Global Mobile 1 purchase since the Website went live  

Ted Robbins from Global Verge Corporate has just sent this message out to Global Verge associates.

 

Process for CDMA orders.

1. Order the activation. Once this is completed you will receive 2 emails to your email address.

The first will be a receipt from GlobalMobile1 and the second one, almost immediately afterwards will be from activation king and it will give you the new wireless number.

Note: when you pay for an activation, a temporary call plan will be assigned to you so you can start using the phone immediately. There is only 150 minutes on this trial account so if you are getting that there is 5.00 left, or any kind of message like that, you are still on the trial account.

2. Once you have received this email and the new wireless number, you can go back and order your plan. Make sure you put the NEW wireless number in the form where it asks for “Your GM1 phone number”

Most people are putting their existing mobile or home number and we cannot authentic that number and the server is showing an error.

3. GSM is working great and when SIM cards are sent to the customer or associate, they will be programmed with the plan they picked.

Anyone who purchased their plan and put their existing mobile or home number in the field, (about 750 of the purchases) needs to send in a ticket with their new mobile # and the plan they purchased and the transaction details to show that they did purchase the plan and we can get their phones programmed on their new plan.

If you do not do this quickly your trial plan may run out and you will have to wait for service until we get this information.

The news is ALL great * But firstly:

IMPORTANT: Whatever you may THINK about any of the Global Verge delays, if you are currently in the Global Verge genealogy, PLEASE do NOT abandon your Global Verge Account by canceling it as it will be closed forever.

Even if you don’t see the value of your position NOW * Very soon you will.  

If you wish to discontinue paying the monthly fee, all you need to do is go off the Autoship.

After passing on the message that people with inactive positions in the current genealogy would need to activate them fairly soon after the VoIP and Global Mobile 1 products were available or lose them, we asked for more clarification on the specific timing from Sheldon. As requested Sheldon spoke to and asked Ted for a definite date.

Ted said that it would be at least THREE months now before any of the current positions will be eliminated.

Ted Robbins related why the Global Verge Global Mobile 1 Website did not go live when intended in an email send to Global Verge members and posted in the Back Office a few days ago.

His message included the aspects that have held up the progress including:

1. A transaction key is required in order to activate our merchant account for the site

2.  We have been programming the codes that activate each of the six plans that you and your customers will be able to purchase from the CDMA/GSM site. This is a very complicated process and has taken longer than expected.

These merchant and programming issues have now been resolved and the Global Mobile 1 site is currently being extensively tested.

Immediately after the final meeting between the Global Verge Management Team and all involved programming parties, the Global Mobile 1 Website will go live on Thursday November 18 2009 * Scheduled for approximately mid afternoon/evening EST US. 

When the site is live ALL members (ie NOT just US members but ALL International members anywhere in the world) and their customers will be able to begin placing orders for the SIM Cards with our Global Verge branding.

Then CDMA phones will be available the following day to purchase and activate online * Others phones and accessories will be available as we move forward from there. Initially there will be 6500 different types of phones to choose from, with another 25,000 phones coming from other suppliers.

Although specific dates have not been mentioned for Global TalkSmart VoIP to be available in Canada, Australia & New Zealand (which we understand will follow very soon after Australia) and South Africa we do know that they are very close.

Although we knew Global TalkSmart VoIP was very close for Australia, we found out late last night that it’s now within 24 hours of being here.

You may have heard Mark talk about GIA on last week’s calls? GIA in this instance doesn’t refer to Gaia the Greek Goddess of Earth, but if you are like me you will LOVE the association.

GIA is the new name for Mandi and G.I.A. stands for Global Interactive Assistant.

GIA will be integrated with the Global Talk Smart VoIP system through the cell phone system and voila * Global Verge members will now have an unbelievable product before us.

As Patrick said on our Biz Power Team Leader call * All the frills are with the cell phones but the bucks are actually with the VoIP * So when we combine these products and services together with GIA, a ‘monster’ will be born. (Monster in the sense of a sensational business opportunity.)

There will be a limit of phones per member initially so that the programming can be tracked and corrected if necessary.

Basic informational and practical training will be available for all Global Verge members. However members who intend to open kiosks, retail stores or other physical outlets will be required to become Certified Resellers by Global Verge.

US members will be able to receive the training required for certification at the Lee Summit Global Verge Office beginning on the second week of December 2009.

Non US members will also be required to become certified but special considerations will be given. Please contact me for further details if interested.

As soon as you are on Autoship you will then need to send another Support Ticket requesting your affiliate websites for BOTH Global Verge and Global Mobile 1.

Tracking systems for ALL the Affiliate Communication System Websites has been a high priority and all the programming is just on complete now. So that the first of the 3 million phone products and accessories will be available from the first of the 3 different Carriers that Global Verge has contracts with, next week.

The usual minimum order for some of these phone products to be purchased at below wholesale cost is 10,000 sets. But Global Verge members will be given the same wholesale pricing when ordering in sets of 3 or 5.

Global Verge Members outside the US will be able to use their Affiliate Website to market products to their US friends/associates but they won’t be able to purchase packages and plans until they are available in their respective countries.

However members outside the US will be able to purchase phone products (for use outside of the US) just as soon as the Global Mobile Purchasing Website goes live in the US.
