NO-ONE can introduce new phone systems into Canada, Australia or South Africa quickly and it takes extra time for all the MLM components to align with normal cellular services. But Global Verge have worked steadily for the past 12 months to do this: And because of the sales history Global Verge has obtained in the US now, the way has become so much smoother.  

Everyone wants dates: But ‘Dates for Global Verge GM1 in Canada and Australia are entirely dependent on their respective carriers: It could be 2 weeks or 2 months but we are VERY close.’ Mark Petschel. (BTW: Australia Carriers are Optus and Hutchinson.)

Unlimited plans will not be available in Canada and Australia but the Global Verge plans will still have lots of appeal as they will enable the average person/family to save money and have a great commission.

Global Mobile 1 will offer a ‘Shared Minutes Plan’ (instead of a Pre-Paid Family Plan) with bulk minutes text and data: Allowing up to 5 phones on the one plan.

CDMA products may be possible too but a bit further down the track. Global SIM Cards will be available.

Canada: GlobalVerge VoIP is ALREADY available in Canada and the final contracts are being completed between Global Verge and the Canadian Providers to have Global Verge Global Mobile 1 (GM1) Products/Services in Canada.

South Africa: May just have a Reseller’s License for a larger carrier * But like the US will have VoIP tying seamlessly into the cellular.

The ‘Collective Perspective.’

As Ted Robbins has been stating over the past few weeks: ‘We have never been more confident in our business and the opportunity that we have for you. I absolutely know that we are in the most positive position that we have ever been in. We clearly have exciting days ahead.’

However certain e-Associate members have decided to leave Global Verge to pursue another telecommunications opportunity. We wish them well.

At the same time Global Verge have been receiving numerous calls and emails from current e-Associates who are offended about the communications they have been receiving from some of these people.

If you do receive any messages that either suggest you are slanderous in any way and/or are being ‘recruited’ to join another ‘opportunity’ do not hesitate to forward this information to Global Verge Compliance at compliance@globalverge.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Now that the air has been cleared, we particularly want you to know that if your upline has chosen to leave Global Verge you do not have to feel threatened or alone.

Our approach of working from a ‘collective perspective’ ie rejecting an egocentric approach, has not worked for some people but we feel very strongly about it.

We believe that everyone is equal. We believe that there is no one group or no one person that is a greater leader than another.

When you are told ‘We Want You’ you should feel proud of that fact. You are a leader yourself. You are in control of YOUR team. Therefore, don’t ever feel that you have to turn in a certain direction because someone in front of you says this is the way we are turning: Even if your team only consists of one.

 

In his message on Feb 17 2010 Ted also said:

I personally want you to understand that I know that we have a very intelligent base of e-Associates that made up their own minds when they joined us, made up their own minds when they decided to continue with us or even decided to put their autoship on hold and sit back. So certainly we understand that you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions going forward.

At Global Verge Corporate we know what we have. We know what is coming and we know how difficult it is to pull it off. Certainly you have witnessed this. And frankly we feel badly for anyone that chooses to take a different direction, but of course this is their prerogative.

With what we have now and have been striving after for many months, we know we can’t be touched .. However, you have to do what feels good for you.

When our doors reopen in the coming weeks for the phones and the service that we have so diligently worked to establish, the flood gates will be like nothing we have ever experienced before (including the rush we had last summer.) And this will be because the offering we will have, will be like nothing anyone has ever experienced.

 

Ted concluded by saying:

I have so appreciated every call and email. My heart goes out to each of you. We are here. And, regardless of the rhetoric you are being fed, we will always be here. We are not going anywhere. The only thing left to say is that when we hit shore, get out of the way because we have the product and we promise to over deliver.

The entire Global Verge Support facility has now changed.

All Global Verge phones were taken down last weekend in preparation for the installation of the new system with many of the latest features.

This new enhanced system will have excellent routing capabilities. And so over the coming days and weeks you can expect to see more prompting features added.

You can also expect to see these prompting features change as GlobalVerge continues to upgrade with different accesses to the system.

For instance: One of the accesses that has already been added is a prompting for Triple Diamond Leaders that will enable them to reach a special consultant, assigned to help them in their leadership.

This system will now provide a first-rate service for the upline Triple Diamond Leaders to resolve any issues any members of their group may have.

Other numbers will also be added for different products in the future.

Note 1: The new numbers listed below are toll free numbers.

Note 2: It is important that the phone numbers for the different departments are distinguished and that e-Associates members call appropriate number for their questions.

The news is ALL great * But firstly:

IMPORTANT: Whatever you may THINK about any of the Global Verge delays, if you are currently in the Global Verge genealogy, PLEASE do NOT abandon your Global Verge Account by canceling it as it will be closed forever.

Even if you don’t see the value of your position NOW * Very soon you will.  

If you wish to discontinue paying the monthly fee, all you need to do is go off the Autoship.

After passing on the message that people with inactive positions in the current genealogy would need to activate them fairly soon after the VoIP and Global Mobile 1 products were available or lose them, we asked for more clarification on the specific timing from Sheldon. As requested Sheldon spoke to and asked Ted for a definite date.

Ted said that it would be at least THREE months now before any of the current positions will be eliminated.

Ted Robbins related why the Global Verge Global Mobile 1 Website did not go live when intended in an email send to Global Verge members and posted in the Back Office a few days ago.

His message included the aspects that have held up the progress including:

1. A transaction key is required in order to activate our merchant account for the site

2.  We have been programming the codes that activate each of the six plans that you and your customers will be able to purchase from the CDMA/GSM site. This is a very complicated process and has taken longer than expected.

These merchant and programming issues have now been resolved and the Global Mobile 1 site is currently being extensively tested.

From our mid weekly Biz Power Team Leader call:

Immediately after the final meeting between the Global Verge Management Team and all involved programming parties, the Global Mobile 1 Website will go live on Thursday November 18 2009 * Scheduled for approximately mid afternoon/evening EST US. 

When the site is live ALL members (ie NOT just US members but ALL International members anywhere in the world) and their customers will be able to begin placing orders for the SIM Cards with our Global Verge branding.

Then CDMA phones will be available the following day to purchase and activate online * Others phones and accessories will be available as we move forward from there. Initially there will be 6500 different types of phones to choose from, with another 25,000 phones coming from other suppliers.

Members of the Biz Power Team group have the opportunity to participate in these Webinars that have been arranged by Patrick for our group members.

Although specific dates have not been mentioned for Global TalkSmart VoIP to be available in Canada, Australia & New Zealand (which we understand will follow very soon after Australia) and South Africa we do know that they are very close.

Although we knew Global TalkSmart VoIP was very close for Australia, we found out late last night that it’s now within 24 hours of being here.

You may have heard Mark talk about GIA on last week’s calls? GIA in this instance doesn’t refer to Gaia the Greek Goddess of Earth, but if you are like me you will LOVE the association.

GIA is the new name for Mandi and G.I.A. stands for Global Interactive Assistant.

GIA will be integrated with the Global Talk Smart VoIP system through the cell phone system and voila * Global Verge members will now have an unbelievable product before us.

As Patrick said on our Biz Power Team Leader call * All the frills are with the cell phones but the bucks are actually with the VoIP * So when we combine these products and services together with GIA, a ‘monster’ will be born. (Monster in the sense of a sensational business opportunity.)

There will be a limit of phones per member initially so that the programming can be tracked and corrected if necessary.

Basic informational and practical training will be available for all Global Verge members. However members who intend to open kiosks, retail stores or other physical outlets will be required to become Certified Resellers by Global Verge.

US members will be able to receive the training required for certification at the Lee Summit Global Verge Office beginning on the second week of December 2009.

Non US members will also be required to become certified but special considerations will be given. Please contact me for further details if interested.

We wanted to give a quick update as we are getting many calls today about the ‘security warning’ that many of you are seeing on the Global Mobile 1 site. They are updating product and adding all the features to go live so you will see this warning throughout the day today. Rest assured that when the sites go live later tonight, that they will be secure.

We are also expanding our phone systems in the office today. If you are calling into support, you may experience a short lag as we go through this expansion.

PLEASE NOTE:  Effective November 30th the 314 488 2853 number will no longer be a working number.

We will launch Global TalkSmart VoIP in less than 24 hrs. I want to congratulate each of you who have hung in during this time of launch. It’s been tough, it’s been rough, however the payoff will be more than ENOUGH.
