A summary of the latest message from Ted Robbins ‘From the Desk of the GlobalVerge President, Ted Robbins: May 25, 2010’ has been posted at ‘Pathways to Abundant Living Instructions: How to renew your Global Verge Position.’ The summary included:

Global Verge won their court case last week and received a $44M judgment against Zer01 and Ben Piilani. Ted Robbins will be able to give more details in a few weeks time.

Ted expressed his gratitude to all who have stood by Global Verge particularly during the past  nine months and added ‘This is YOUR business and I am personally committed to protect the opportunity that you have with Global Verge .. It is time to move forward now and build your teams with the strength of your convictions.’

THIS MONDAY, May 31 2010 is the absolute deadline for US e-Associates to renew an inactive position.

Also, since May 31 2010 is a holiday the Global Verge offices will be closed SATURDAY, SUNDAY and MONDAY May 29, 30 and 31.

If you cannot access your Back Office when Global Verge is closed, a Support Ticket sent to www.globalvergesupport.com dated no later than May 31, 2010 at MIDNIGHT CENTRAL Time will be accepted.

Your Support Ticket MUST request BOTH RENEWAL and ACTIVATION. All the information you are required to supply has been posted in detail at GlobalVerge Insider and Pathways to Abundant Living.

The ONLY EXCEPTIONS will be NON US e-Associates.

One of the Triple Diamond Leaders gave these reasons as to why anyone who already has a position in Global Verge needs to be active for May 2010.

1. The $44 Million judgment against Zero1 has TOTALLY restored the credibility of Global Verge.

Orlando Triple Diamond Event * From GlobalVerge Insider

In addition to the previous post ‘GlobalVerge Orlando Meeting: Phones were handed out to Triple Diamonds’ these are a few more notes with images of the phones, taken from ‘Latest News’ .. ‘Latest Events’ in the GlobalVerge Affiliate Back Office.

HTC Hero

Tuesday, March 30th was the first of several regional events that will be held all around the US.

The purpose of these meetings is to distribute phones to GlobalVerge leaders, showcase the GlobalVerge products and services and hold e-Associate training meetings.

Over 300 people were in attendance at the Orlando meeting. One of the main objectives of this particular meeting was to make Mobile Handsets available for Triple Diamond Leaders.

As mentioned in the last post, during the meeting there was an audience drawing for a HTC Hero and a Samsung Moment Smart Phone. A Pow-R-Save, an Air Card and a Smart Charger were also given away to lucky audience participants. Another person received a Pow-R-Save for traveling the farthest to the meeting. This e-Associate lives in Redmond, Washington and interrupted a vacation in Mexico to attend the meeting in Orlando. Amazing!

Samsung Moment

After the main meeting ended, Preston Stewart (CEO of Xennsoft), Ruth, Tony, Raymond, Mark and Ted stayed around to answer questions and share information with the field leaders and other participants. A table was also set up so that e-Associates could place orders for various Global Verge products right there on the spot.

The first of several planned Global Verge Regional meetings held at Orlando last week, was a huge success.

Speakers included Mark Petschel, Ted Robbins, Preston Stewart, the CEO of Xennsoft as well as one of the Global Verge Partners, a handset manufacturer.

Preston demonstrated some of the new NEW and UNIQUE Xennsoft Integrated Communication Technology currently being worked on for the Global Verge back office. This new system will enable all Global Verge e-Associates to work with their team members far more effectively.

Phones were handed out to all e-Associates who have qualified at the Triple Diamond Level.

Two additional Smart Phones: an HTC Hero and a Samsung Moment were raffled. And then a Pow-R-Save, as well as an Air Card and a Smart Charger were also received by some other very lucky audience participants. Yet another person received a Pow-R-Save for traveling the furthest distance to the meeting. This e-Associate interrupted their vacation in Mexico to attend the meeting in Orlando.

Product display tables were also set up for e-Associates to place orders for various products on the spot.

After the official meeting ended Mark, Ted, Preston, Ruth, Jan, Tony and Raymond, all gathered for a couple of hours with all the field leaders to share more information and answer any other questions.

An upcoming contest for all Global Verge e-Associates was also announced at the Orlando meeting. To be eligible to participate in this contest you must be an active Gold e-Associate or higher. Many prizes will be awarded and the details and parameters of the promotion will be finalized this coming week.

Additional phone products will be released at the Global Verge New Jersey meeting on April 13 2010

CDMA & GSM products are being finalized and a new and unique GLOBAL VoIP product is also coming soon.

‘The Global Verge Mobile Plans and Services will become more defined this week.’ Mark Petschel.

Now that the FIRST Global Verge phones have been released ALL products will continue to be tested and evaluated. The Global Verge Communication Division is still in the infantile stages & will continue to be enhanced and grow.

Schedules for Regional Events to be held throughout the US

Two Regional Meetings are currently scheduled for New Jersey on April 13 2010 and South Carolina on Saturday April 17 2010. Others to be held in Seattle, Washington, Southern Canada & New York are being arranged. This series of Regional meetings will culminate in one HUGE meeting in Kansas City.

If you are in the vicinity of any of these meetings it’s highly recommended that you attend. Even if it’s only to have the chance of winning a Smart Phone or Pow-R-Save. But while you’re there, Ted Robbins will answer any and all the questions you may have about Global Verge * Ted stayed on for hours after the Orlando meeting to do so.

The ‘Collective Perspective.’

As Ted Robbins has been stating over the past few weeks: ‘We have never been more confident in our business and the opportunity that we have for you. I absolutely know that we are in the most positive position that we have ever been in. We clearly have exciting days ahead.’

However certain e-Associate members have decided to leave Global Verge to pursue another telecommunications opportunity. We wish them well.

At the same time Global Verge have been receiving numerous calls and emails from current e-Associates who are offended about the communications they have been receiving from some of these people.

If you do receive any messages that either suggest you are slanderous in any way and/or are being ‘recruited’ to join another ‘opportunity’ do not hesitate to forward this information to Global Verge Compliance at compliance@globalverge.com so that appropriate action can be taken.

Now that the air has been cleared, we particularly want you to know that if your upline has chosen to leave Global Verge you do not have to feel threatened or alone.

Our approach of working from a ‘collective perspective’ ie rejecting an egocentric approach, has not worked for some people but we feel very strongly about it.

We believe that everyone is equal. We believe that there is no one group or no one person that is a greater leader than another.

When you are told ‘We Want You’ you should feel proud of that fact. You are a leader yourself. You are in control of YOUR team. Therefore, don’t ever feel that you have to turn in a certain direction because someone in front of you says this is the way we are turning: Even if your team only consists of one.

 

In his message on Feb 17 2010 Ted also said:

I personally want you to understand that I know that we have a very intelligent base of e-Associates that made up their own minds when they joined us, made up their own minds when they decided to continue with us or even decided to put their autoship on hold and sit back. So certainly we understand that you are intelligent enough to make your own decisions going forward.

At Global Verge Corporate we know what we have. We know what is coming and we know how difficult it is to pull it off. Certainly you have witnessed this. And frankly we feel badly for anyone that chooses to take a different direction, but of course this is their prerogative.

With what we have now and have been striving after for many months, we know we can’t be touched .. However, you have to do what feels good for you.

When our doors reopen in the coming weeks for the phones and the service that we have so diligently worked to establish, the flood gates will be like nothing we have ever experienced before (including the rush we had last summer.) And this will be because the offering we will have, will be like nothing anyone has ever experienced.

 

Ted concluded by saying:

I have so appreciated every call and email. My heart goes out to each of you. We are here. And, regardless of the rhetoric you are being fed, we will always be here. We are not going anywhere. The only thing left to say is that when we hit shore, get out of the way because we have the product and we promise to over deliver.

The entire Global Verge Support facility has now changed.

All Global Verge phones were taken down last weekend in preparation for the installation of the new system with many of the latest features.

This new enhanced system will have excellent routing capabilities. And so over the coming days and weeks you can expect to see more prompting features added.

You can also expect to see these prompting features change as GlobalVerge continues to upgrade with different accesses to the system.

For instance: One of the accesses that has already been added is a prompting for Triple Diamond Leaders that will enable them to reach a special consultant, assigned to help them in their leadership.

This system will now provide a first-rate service for the upline Triple Diamond Leaders to resolve any issues any members of their group may have.

Other numbers will also be added for different products in the future.

Note 1: The new numbers listed below are toll free numbers.

Note 2: It is important that the phone numbers for the different departments are distinguished and that e-Associates members call appropriate number for their questions.

You can take the test as many times as you like until you achieve the required 100% pass rate. Most people do this after the 2nd or 3rd attempt.

Global Verge Corporate Headquarters: Preparing for future expansion by consolidating Las Vegas and St. Louis offices to Lee’s Summit.

Global Verge more than doubled their corporate office space & hired additional staff, financial advisors and consultants. The fulfillment center was relocated from Florida to Lees Summit. A centralized phone system was installed and new phone numbers integrated for the support team. Management also held several open house meetings with open forum discussions between corporate, staff, leaders and members.

Improvements in Communication and Support:  

1. Tuesday/Thursday recorded call structure. The calls are now posted in the back office of both Global Verge websites.

2. ‘From the Desk of the President’ weekly newsletter posted in the back office of the new Global Verge website.

Global Verge Support moved to a more expanded solution for immediate real time response.

Global Mobile 1 Support specifically set up for Global Mobile 1 related issues

Global Verge Back Office enhancements in the Xennsoft back office * To the ‘Tree’ and Product Sales Commissions were imported into the Global Verge Back Office

NEW Merchant Account Vendors and Commission Payment Platform that allows checks, wires & credit card. Commissions have been on time and accurate since our rapid growth rate in August.

Restaurants.com a monthly $25 gift certificate for restaurants local to US members

Fathom WorldWide has had several upgrades.

Global TalkSmart VOIP for the U.S. and Canada.

Developed GIA (nee Mandi) Global Interactive Assistant with more features and soon to be released

Global Mobile 1 Streamlining their processes in the US has lead the way for developing Global Mobile 1 in Canada, Australia and South Africa.

Global Verge Back Office: Further enhancements will give greater visibility of product and service vendors and tracking of purchases.

Global Verge corporate and replicated Websites will continue to develop.

Additional Marketing Materials and Systems will be launched including special promotions through the website interface.

Global Verge Training Program.

Global Verge University will include training for back office navigation, compensation plan training and every aspect of the knowledge base to bring new Global Verge members up to speed as soon as they join your business.

Level II and Level III Certification Training for Global Mobile 1 will be implemented

From  Pathways to Abundant Living

 

Ted Robbins, President of Global Verge sent a message via email to Global Verge members yesterday which included updates on the following:

 

1. Global Mobile1 Service:

Global Verge is a MVNO ie a Mobile Virtual Network Operator. This means that Global Verge provides their mobile phone service directly through the carriers. The data for Global Mobile 1 customers is housed on a server and this same server is also used by other carriers.

Ted addressed this detail because as he said there have been well meaning, yet misinformed e-Associates, that have been contacting the server administrators in order track down their Global Verge details.

These server administrators can see any carrier’s data. However, the only way to determine which MVNO a specific customer has gone through is to know the specific MVNO code and the customer service agents at the server location do not have access to these codes.

Therefore, when the server administrator looks at their information they will not be able to discern which carrier the data is from, but just that the data is on their server.

So, based on such partial information, incorrect assumptions were being made about where the service originated or who activated the service.

Ted emphasized the value of the relationship that Global Verge has with their vendors informing members that ‘It is of utmost importance that any questions regarding your service come directly to Global Verge or Global Mobile1 so that you can get accurate and valid information.’

 

2. Global Mobile1 Customer Service:

The new GM1 customer service and technical center will open this week which will improve the ordering process greatly.

Through this new center staff will be able to answer GM1 tickets quickly and professionally, as well as service customer needs more efficiently.

The center will also provide: manual activation services, flash and set up service on all non Verizon phones as well as unlock services for GSM phones to our network and service.

After January 1 2010 we will also have a customer service call back system to address any technical questions about service, flashing, unlocking or trouble shooting

 

3. SIMs and Phones:

The distribution team in Florida was ‘overwhelmed’ with orders for the processing of SIMs and phones. Therefore all printers, SIMs and inventory will now be shipped to the new Service and Fulfillment center at Lee’s Summit.

All pending orders are now being processes and all back orders will be out by the end of this week. With the implementation of our new inventory and shipping system, all orders will be tracked and the turn around will be 3-5 days.

By January 1 2010

1. All new orders will be processed and everything will then be on track to supply retail orders with the same quick turn around.

2. Any SIM or phone order will be customized and branded Global Mobile1.

 

4. Reseller Training and Study Guide:

A Global Verge University will now host the knowledgebase for all information about the Global Verge products and services. The programming and development team aims to make it easy to understand and follow.

The new online reseller exam for basic training will reside at www.gvuniversity.com This site is expected to be ready soon.

The Study Guide for the reseller exam and certification is being finalized. This exam is expected to be available next week.

 

5. Level 2 and Level 3 Training and Certification:

The Training and Certification events for these higher level options will begin in January 2010. We are aware that many members are anxious to receive this certification and so events will be held in many sections of the country. Global Verge will post details as they become available.

 

6. International VoIP:

VoIP Canada is now on our Global Talk Smart sites.

The VoIP Canadian Plan: $32.99 for international calling to over 30+ countries.

The 800 number that was on the site didn’t work from Canada and the postal code section only allowed for a 5 digit field. Both items will be fixed.

Plans and costs have been mapped out for South Africa and Australia and should be finalizing this week in the hope of commencing before the year’s end.

 

7. International Global Mobile1:

Final agreements for Global Mobile 1 in Canada are being reviewed. Once this has been done replicated Global Mobile1 sites for Canadian e-Associates will be set up.

Australia is our next mobile focus point and agreements are being developed.
